This is a really quick study that I did to experiment with digital painting and drawn line. I really like the line drawing. I need to figure out how to work with the brushes, but I am having fun.

This is just a little practice that I did for "Red".

Red

This is an illustration friday assignment "Red". I chose to play with a couple of different ideas. I incorportated the color red in my piece, and I also used "Una Red" in my composition. Red means net in spanish. Anyway...it was a fun assignment and i enjoyed using the cut paper technique.

illustration friday-superhero

This is our first digital illustration for Illustration Friday. I am still learning how to work with Illustrator and my Wacom tablet. It is a lot different from my traditional work, but I am having fun.

Today we were introduced to the world of art brushes in adobe illustrator. We were asked to experiement with the tools. This is what I came up with. I am pretty excited to learn more about illustrator because I still feel limited in my abilities to render digitally. I am excited to come up with some brush strokes of my own.
